An exciting opportunity has arisen within our stock department. As a clerical officer you will work alongside a supportive team in a friendly and welcoming environment to provide administrative support to our 54 stores and an exceptional service to our customers.
No experience or previous clerical work is essential as we will provide full training to welcome you to the company and training will be ongoing throughout your time at Harry Corry. Internal progression is encouraged and it’s how many of our supervisors and managers started off.

What will you be doing?
You will;
· Provide full administrative support to our stores, Head Office departments and our customers.
· Handle inquiries via telephone and email from our stores and customers quickly and efficiently while maintaining a courteous and pleasant manner at all times.
· Be willing to go the extra mile for our customers and your colleagues.
· Embrace the Company’s You Are The Difference Customer Service experience and culture.
· Comply and promote good working practices that met the requirements of GDPR legislation at all times.
· Produce and analyse reports
· Update information and other records on various computer systems
· General office duties including filing, message taking, dealing with correspondence and queries and maintaining a clean and tidy office space.
· Any other tasks that may be assigned.
